Cultural Fest in Fukushima Has Begun!

The 35th all Japan Inter High School Cultural and Artistic Activity Festival has begun!  The Festival itself is comprised of Japanese music, Calligraphy and Theatrical drama.  This years event was interrupted by events being held in different prefectures and cancellation of different venues.  The event on a whole was a success because everyone who attended and participated thoroughly enjoyed the competition.
