1/47 of Fortune

From August 3rd to August 7th the 35th all Japan Inter High School Cultural and Artistic Activity Festival was held.  Only one every 47 years a local town gets the chance to host the event after much speculation of being canceled.  The Inter high Cultural Fest went ahead as planned. Support from around the country was extremely noticeable.  Messages like “We love Fukushima” & “Hang in there Fukushima” were hung high.
