Our Sake Is Filled With Hope and Pride

Only 3.6 km away from the Daiichi Nuclear power plant in Fukushima is where the Tomizawa Rice wine distillery warehouse is situated.  The owners of the Sake (rice wine) distillery are a brother and sister.  Not knowing when they will be able to return to their ware house.  The elder brother admiring the bottle fermented sake from his warehouse says, “We believe that this is an opportunity for ‘Shirafuji’ to become even better than what it was before.”  Being as close to the reactor as we are it is our role to help in the recovery of Futaba town and become the hope and pride of Fukushima.
