And Yet, The Flowers Bloom

Touni City: Along the street in front of the Fisheries Cooperative Association.  Touni is host to some of the most beautiful sakura cherry trees in the world.  Despite low expectations due to damage from the tsunami, the trees bloomed in splendor.  Neither earthquake nor tsunami can take this away from us.
