Trading Companies President’s Bond with Workers

Mr. Powlinda is from Sri Lanka He works at an Electrical appliance manufacturing company.  Following the gigantic Earthquake of 3.11 were many tremors and the threat from the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant.  Mr. Powlinda’s family in Sri Lanka strongly urged him to return to Sri Lanka.  The thought of leaving did cross his mind however Mr. Powlinda decided to stay.  He was told by his companies President.  “When you stop trusting in me you can go home.”
