As Good As Family

Whilst trying to operate their business and recover from the damage sustained after 3.11 at the same time.  The employees at the Horita electrical manufacturing company in Ibaraki remained motivated with tremendous energy.  In this photo an employee is showing the business motto that they read out every morning.  The motto list is made of ten affirmations, one of the affirmations says “Each individual strength is the key to forming a strong team.”
